Middle school is full of new beginnings—new classes, new friendships, new challenges, and new opportunities to discover who you are.
You Grow, Girl! is an interactive confidence and personal growth experience for rising 6th, 7th, and 8th grade girls (ages 11–14). Through engaging activities, guided journaling, meaningful conversations, and a special flower-planting experience, girls will build confidence, recognize their strengths, and develop the mindset to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Each girl will receive:
🌸 The You Grow, Girl! Planting Experience
Each girl will decorate her own flower pot, plant flower seeds, and receive simple care instructions to take home. As her flower grows, she'll have a daily reminder that confidence, like growth, takes time, patience, and care.
🎁 A You Grow, Girl! Goody Bag
Filled with thoughtful surprises and keepsakes to encourage her beyond the event.
🥤 Light Refreshments
A chance to relax, connect, and enjoy the experience with other girls.
💗 A Confidence Experience She'll Remember
Through interactive activities, meaningful conversations, journaling, and reflection, girls will leave encouraged, empowered, and ready to begin the school year with greater confidence.

Parents will receive a set of conversation starters designed to help continue building confidence at home throughout the school year, because confidence grows best when the conversation continues.
