Dor Nachshoni is the CEO & Co-founder of Juno Journey, where he leads the vision for redefining how organizations build readiness, capability, and performance in the age of AI. With a background spanning technology, law, and large-scale systems leadership. His work centers on helping organizations move beyond traditional learning models toward workforce systems that are truly prepared for continuous change.
Klil Nevo is the Head of Community at Juno Journey and the founder of The Learning Table, a global community for L&D, Talent, and Organizational Development leaders. After years leading Customer Success and partnering closely with hundreds of L&D teams worldwide, Klil now focuses on empowering the people behind learning, those navigating complexity, change, and rising expectations inside fast-growing organizations.
