This workshop is an invitation to explore how structure can become your anchor, rather than a limitation.
Together, we’ll move through themes like:
creating a home base within yourself
building habits that support your energy, focus, and creativity
reducing decision fatigue through intentional structure
finding flexibility ánd safety inside stability
balancing roots and expansion
Because real freedom comes from having a structure that supports who you are becoming. 💜

About the hosts:
Yara Kwinten is the founder of Time to Expresso, a business dedicated to expression, writing and reflection. After the depression, suicide attempt and loss of her father, she realized one thing: that expression truly is the opposite of depression. That's why she's hosting (writing) workshops, creative events, yoga & loss circles: to help people express their inner truth with the outer world.
Stella Marie Viereck is a Coach for Entrepreneurs and Leaders, Lecturer at ESADE Business School and Founder of Pathseekers Community. Her experience in high growth start ups and Venture Capital, as well as building her own business, coaching high performance teams and teaching close to 900 Business students has taught her about the main challenges that early stage Entrepreneurs and Leaders face and how to best navigate them for success that feels good.
