Join me for the inaugural Journey of Discovery, a 3-night/4-day experience at sea created to give us two things we rarely give ourselves:
Time and Space.
Time to step away from the noise.
Space to listen to our own voice.
Time to ask the questions we may have been too busy living to ask.
Space to see ourselves more clearly.
From January 22–25, 2027, we’ll sail aboard Royal Caribbean’s Ovation of the Seas® from Los Angeles to Ensenada and back.
But this is more than a cruise.
And it isn’t a corporate leadership retreat.
It’s an immersive, interactive experience in self-discovery—created to help us uncover what may be holding us back, reconnect with our worth, and gain greater clarity about who we are, what we want, and how we want to live.

Our full day at sea is the interactive heart of the Journey.
This is not an all-day lecture.
We’ll move through guided conversations, interactive exercises, personal reflection, small-group breakouts, and breakthrough sessions designed to explore:
BURNOUT — What is draining me? What am I carrying that no longer belongs to me?
BREAKOUT — What patterns, expectations, obligations, or voices may be keeping me stuck?
BREAKTHROUGH — What becomes possible when I begin seeing clearly, trusting my own voice, and recognizing the worth that was already within me?
The goal isn’t to leave the ship with every answer.
It’s to Begin.
To recognize. To uncover. To see. To discover.
And to leave with greater clarity about what we want to carry forward—and how we can continue putting those discoveries into practice when we return home.
Because sometimes the space between a breakout and a breakthrough is where we finally begin to see ourselves differently. 👀✨

FRIDAY, JANUARY 22 | CONNECT
Board Ovation of the Seas, meet your fellow travelers, and begin the Journey together.
SATURDAY, JANUARY 23 | DISCOVER
Our full Sea Day becomes the interactive heart of the Journey—an immersive day of workshops, exercises, small-group breakouts, guided conversations, personal reflection, and connection.
Saturday evening is semi-formal night—a chance to dress up, dine together, and capture our Journey of Discovery group photos. ✨📸
SUNDAY, JANUARY 24 | EXPERIENCE
We’ll take our discovery beyond the ship with a curated group excursion in Ensenada, followed by more time together aboard the ship.
MONDAY, JANUARY 25 | CARRY IT HOME
Optional final breakfast together before disembarkation.
We’ll leave not with all the answers, but with greater clarity about what we’ve discovered—and an intention for how we’ll continue the Journey at home.
Because discovery doesn’t end when we leave the ship. What we see, learn, and choose to carry forward can ripple into the lives around us.

Your cruise cabin must be reserved and paid for separately through Royal Caribbean.
Special Journey of Discovery group rates are currently available through September 12, 2026, subject to cabin availability:
Interior with Virtual Balcony — from $356/person
Ocean View Balcony — from $488/person
Rates shown are based on double occupancy and current taxes and fees.
