AI Collusion Research Sprint | Bengaluru | AI Safety India
When agents collude. Catch them in the act.
The official Bengaluru hub for Apart Research’s AI Collusion Research Sprint. Hosted by AI Safety India and Electric Sheep.
AI agents have already been shown to collude. They hold prices above the competitive level and form private coalitions in workplace tasks. Over one weekend, teams build the experiment that catches it.
How it works
The sprint runs online from 23 to 25 October. This 2-hour session is where the Bengaluru teams meet in person, form teams, and start their projects. You then continue online through the weekend.
Important: you must also sign up on the Apart sprint page and choose Bengaluru as your location. Without it, your project cannot be submitted.

Clone one starter project from the sprint’s Resources tab.
Keep an API key ready. Most projects cost about $20 to $100 in API usage.
Who should join
Engineers, researchers, students and people from any industry. No AI safety background needed. Quant and finance people are especially welcome, since the markets track uses market intuition directly.
