​在高频信息与持续分心的日常中，吃饭逐渐变成一件被完成的事，而不是被体验的时刻。 你是否还记得，上一次专注地吃一顿饭，是什么感觉？ “此食此刻”是一小时正念饮食体验工作坊，通过引导式练习，带领参与者重新探索自己与食物的关系。在慢下来与觉察中，重新感受味觉、身体反应与当下状态。

​在这一过程中，你将重新学习如何与食物相处，也重新学习如何与自己相处。

​In a world of constant stimulation and fragmented attention, eating has gradually become something we complete, rather than something we truly experience.

​Do you still remember what it feels like to fully focus on a meal?

​“This Bite, This Moment” is a one-hour mindful eating experience workshop that guides participants to explore their relationship with food through experiential practice. By slowing down and cultivating awareness, you will reconnect with taste, bodily sensations, and the present moment.
