About the CDL-Estonia Delegation
The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a non-profit organization established in 2012 that delivers an objectives-based program for massively scalable, seed-stage, science- and technology-based companies. It operates in 20 streams in 12 locations in 5 countries. CDL-Estonia launched last year and currently offers a Digital Society stream for early-stage founders working on digital governance, cyber security, and public health or genomics innovations. Estonia has long been globally recognized for being the world’s most advanced digital society — pioneering frictionless government e-services such as e-voting, e-banking, e-healthcare, and online school education — and for having the highest ratio of start-ups per capita in the world. Among the Co-Founders of the CDL-Estonia are Mr. Sten Tamkivi, the former executive of Skype.
