Most people’s sleep management usually stops at a short-term attempt at improvement:
changing a pillow, adjusting sleep schedules, relying on sleep aids, or checking a few basic metrics through wearable devices.
You may know that you are “not sleeping well,” but still struggle to truly understand:

实验设计
整个实验以「Unit(单元)」为结构,每个 Unit 持续 3 天。
Unit 1:Baseline 基线阶段
作为空白变量的适应期。
参与者将在适应智能枕头的同时,建立个人基础睡眠 baseline 数据。
Unit 2–4:干预阶段
后续每个 Unit 将分别引入不同的生活方式干预变量。
通过持续的数据追踪,参与者可以观察不同干预方式对睡眠质量与身体恢复状态的影响。
6 月 2 日将举行最终复盘工作坊,与技术团队共同回顾整个两周实验过程,并交流睡眠数据与真实体验结果。
体验官筛选规则
由于首批体验名额有限(仅开放12席),我们将根据报名者的实际需求程度、参与意愿与匹配度进行综合筛选,并按优先级排序根据时间确认最终参与。
优先筛选人群包括:

Experiment Design
The experiment is structured into Units, with each Unit lasting 3 days.
Unit 1: Baseline Phase
A blank-variable adaptation period.
Participants will adapt to the smart pillow while simultaneously establishing their personal sleep baseline data.
Units 2–4: Intervention Phases
Each following Unit will introduce a different lifestyle intervention variable.
Through continuous data tracking, participants can observe how different interventions influence their sleep quality and recovery state.
On June 2nd, a final workshop will be held for collective review and discussion with the technical team, reflecting on the full two-week experience and sleep data outcomes.
Participant Selection Criteria
As the first batch is limited to only 12 spots, participants will be selected based on their level of need, willingness to participate, and overall suitability.
Priority will be given to individuals who:
Experience long-term sleep difficulties
(such as insomnia, light sleep, frequent waking, or chronic fatigue)Have high-pressure work environments or irregular schedules
Have a clear interest in long-term health management and sleep optimization
Can fully participate in the 2–4 week experience cycle
