About Event

In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month, Factorial presents Supporting Men's Mental Health at Work: Building a Culture of Wellbeing, Performance and Retention, a timely conversation on one of the most overlooked areas of workplace wellbeing. Men often face unique pressures around stress, performance, communication, and seeking support, and those pressures can have a real impact on engagement, retention, and long-term health. This session will explore how organizations can better understand those challenges and respond in ways that are practical, thoughtful, and effective.

Hosted by Paolo Urzi, the event will look at what it takes to create a working environment where men feel able to speak openly, access support, and thrive without stigma.

In an hour conversation, he will engage with Delfina Franco, a Mental Health First Aider and share insights on the connection between mental health, workplace culture, and performance, along with ideas for leaders and people teams who want to build healthier, more sustainable organizations. Whether you are shaping people strategy, leading a team, or simply looking to better understand this topic, this session offers a valuable opportunity to learn and reflect.
