About Event

Migraine can impact how we connect with the people we love. It shapes how we show up, how we communicate, and how our relationships evolve.

From canceled plans and quiet rooms to guilt, misunderstanding, and the emotional labor of explaining what can’t always be seen, migraine can strain dating, partnerships, and long-term relationships in ways that often go unspoken.

Please join us for a private, candid roundtable hosted by Kōkūn, a nonprofit reimagining how we understand and support invisible health conditions like migraine.

This 60-minute virtual session offers a safe, trusted space for people to talk openly  about how migraine shapes our closest relationships. Whether you’re dating, partnered, navigating change, or figuring things out as you go, your experience belongs here.

Together, we’ll reflect on what migraine asks of our relationships, what support can look like in practice, and how connection can deepen (yes, deepen!).

This session has limited seats and will include:

  • Brief context-setting on migraine and relationships

  • Space for lived experiences to be shared and heard

  • Honest dialogue about what’s hard, what helps, and what’s often left unsaid

  • Collective reflection on communication, boundaries, and support

Come as you are.
Speak freely.
Leave with clarity, connection, and the reminder that you’re not navigating this alone. 💚

NOTE: This session is intended for individuals who experience migraine. If you’re a partner or ally interested in a similar conversation, we’d love to hear from you.
