Group Practice Owners Table | Austin, TX
Thursday, June 11 | 6:00–8:30 PM

An intimate dinner gathering for group practice owners to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and build relationships with others who understand the realities of leading a practice.

Owning and operating a group practice can be deeply meaningful, but it can also feel surprisingly lonely.

One of the things I've come to believe most strongly is that this work becomes far more sustainable when we have honest, human connection with people who truly understand the weight and complexity of what we carry. Some of the most meaningful professional conversations don't happen at conferences or inside formal masterminds. They happen over coffee and around dinner tables with other practice owners willing to speak openly about what was actually hard, meaningful, exciting, and uncertain.

Brett and I would love for you to join us for an intimate three-course dinner designed for candid conversation, meaningful connection, and the simple relief of sitting with people who understand what it takes to build and lead a group practice.

No pitches. No hacks. No performative optimization talk. Just thoughtful leaders gathering to share ideas, experiences, questions, and encouragement.

A space to exchange wisdom, build relationships, and be reminded that practice ownership does not have to happen in isolation.

Dinner is generously provided by Breksey and CARR, and we'd genuinely love to have you there.

A little about your hosts

Danielle Hayes is a therapist and group practice owner who co-founded and sold Therapy Austin, acquired in 2022. She now facilitates the Group Practice Owners Network, a free monthly community for practice owners, and works with Breksey, an operating platform built specifically for therapy practices. Breksey helps group practices manage inquiries, streamline intake, match clients to clinicians, and grow sustainably, combining practical technology with real human support from people who have run practices themselves. Her favorite part of both roles is creating opportunities for practice owners to learn from one another and feel a little less alone in the work of leadership.

Brett Smith co-founded Bluebird Psychiatry and knows firsthand what it takes to build and sustain a behavioral health practice. He brings that experience to his work as a commercial real estate advisor with CARR, where he specializes in helping healthcare practices find, negotiate, and optimize their office space. He's known for calm, direct communication and making complex decisions feel manageable for busy clinicians.

Space is limited. RSVP encouraged. Please limit attendance to two guests per practice. Vegan and gluten free options will be provided. Please email [email protected] if you have dietary restrictions by 6/7/26.
