About Event

Creativity is often linked to ADHD—but does creativity actually come easier for people with ADHD? Join us for a special live podcast recording presented by Understood.org featuring Cate Osborn, host of Sorry, I Missed This, and Adam Reid, co-creator of The Tiny Chef Show.

In this livestream, Cate and Adam will explore what creativity really looks like when you live and work with an ADHD brain—from bursts of inspiration and hyperfocus to the real challenges of follow-through, structure, and making ideas happen. It’s an honest, thoughtful look at how neurodivergent thinking shapes creative work.

When you sign up for the livestream, you’re not just tuning in—you’re part of it. Submit your questions in advance for a chance to have them answered during the live Q&A at the end of the recording. Plus, you will be entered into a giveaway featuring a signed copy of Cate’s book, and Understood.org swag. We’ll send you the livestream link ahead of the event so you can easily join in.

Come curious, bring your questions, and be part of a lively, interactive session about creativity, ADHD, and the many ways different minds make ideas come to life.
