Urban Walking Loop in Walnut Creek

​Downtown Walnut Creek Networking Loop (3.5 miles)

Start at Civic Park - meet at the gazebo, which is equidistant from the library and the playground, visible from N Broadway, and a bit south of the pin on the map!
North on Broadway Plaza
East on Mt. Diablo Blvd
North on N. Main St
Continue north to Ygnacio Valley Rd
West on Ygnacio Valley Rd
South on California Blvd
East on Bonanza St
South on Locust St
East on Mt. Diablo Blvd
South on Broadway
Return to Civic Park

​Parking = Free parking in Civic Park's lots near the playground and community center; paid parking on the street and in the library garage

​Public Transportation = the Iron Horse trail connects the park to the Pleasant Hill BART station (2 miles, 11 min bike ride); the Walnut Creek BART station is only 0.8 miles away

Terrain = Flat, paved street, OK to do in sneakers;

​Facilities = Restrooms at the pottery/arts building and in the library near the meeting place
