We’re bringing together a small, carefully selected group of CEOs and founders for several days in Lake Tahoe - one of North America’s most spectacular winter destinations, where snow-covered mountains, a crystal-clear alpine lake, world-class skiing, exceptional hospitality, and a distinctly private atmosphere come together.
Tahoe in winter feels different.
The mountains slow everything down. Mornings begin with fresh snow and coffee by the fire. Days are spent skiing, exploring, relaxing, and getting outside. Evenings move from the slopes to fireside cocktails, private dinners, and conversations that continue long after the rest of the world has gone quiet.
This is an opportunity to step away from the company, the calendar, and the constant pressure to be “on” - and spend several days surrounded by a small group of people who understand exactly what it means to build and lead at the highest level.

Skiing & snowboarding
Spend the day on the mountain with some of the best winter terrain in North America. Whether you're an experienced skier looking for fresh powder or haven't been on skis in years, we'll create opportunities to get outside and enjoy Tahoe's legendary winter landscape.
Snowmobile & mountain adventure
Leave the resort behind and explore Tahoe's backcountry by snowmobile, snowshoe, or another guided winter adventure. Experience the Sierra away from the crowds, surrounded by snow-covered forests and expansive mountain views.
Après ski
Because some of the best conversations happen after the adventure.
Come off the mountain, warm up by the fire, grab a drink, and settle into an afternoon of unstructured conversation. No agenda. No presentations. Just good people, good drinks, and nowhere else you need to be.
Exceptional food & long dinners
