About Event
Many people find networking challenging. Preparation and practice are key to developing this important skill.
Join this in-person workshop to gain confidence and reduce stress around networking before the September 18th Tech Career Fair at NU Vancouver. At this workshop, students will:
Recognize that networking anxiety is normal
Set achievable goals for attending the career fair
Discover mindfulness tools and strategies for managing networking stress
Practice basic, fun networking scenarios
This interactive workshop is hosted in partnership with the Wellness department and Career Services.
