Soul 2 Sole: The Ultimate Line Dance Experience
You have done the run club. You have done the walking meetings. You have done the Pilates.
Now come do the line dance.
Four hours on one floor with a room that teaches you as you go. No experience needed. Line dance is learned standing next to somebody who already knows it, which is the oldest and least intimidating way to learn anything.
Come ready to move. Wear shoes you can work in, bring water, and get your steps in.
Soul 2 Sole is presented by Frankie and Miss Vee with Concrete Steppas™, and it puts two traditions on the same floor: urban soul line dance and urban trail ride line dance. Most people have only ever seen one. Both in one room is the point.
Music by DJ Zoom, blending soul grooves and trail ride beats straight through the afternoon.
You will leave with steps you can use at the next wedding, cookout, or company party. That tends to stay with people longer than the workout does.
