About Event

You already belong in the room. Now let's make sure every seat at the table works in your favour.

Whether you're closing seven-figure deals over a client dinner, navigating a formal industry gala, or simply want to move through high-stakes social settings with complete ease - this evening is for you.

We're bringing together an intimate group of accomplished professionals for an engaging, hands-on workshop on the art and strategy of business dining. Because here's the truth most people don't talk about: at the senior level you're operating, etiquette isn't about knowing which fork to use. It's about commanding presence, building trust, and never letting the table distract from your business.

Led by Trina Boos, Founder of the Boost Academy of Excellence and a graduate of The Emily Post Institute, this interactive working dinner will guide guests through practical etiquette, communication, and confidence-building skills for professional and social settings.

What You'll Learn

The Foundations

· How to treat a business meal as a strategic engagement - not just a social occasion with an agenda attached

· Continental and American dining techniques, so you move through any formal setting without a second thought

· How to read and navigate formal place settings confidently, including the moments when something unfamiliar appears.

· The subtle signals - pace, presence, volume, posture - that shape how you're perceived before you've said a word

The Strategy

· Pre-meal planning: how to choose the right venue, prep the menu, and stay focused on your objectives

· Conversation management: how to build genuine rapport and advance business, without one undermining the other

· Wine and alcohol protocols: selection, service etiquette, and how to decline gracefully without making it a moment

· The difference between hosting and guesting: and how to excel at both, from the first impression to the bill

· How to handle the unexpected with composure: dietary surprises, service hiccups, awkward table moments
