βCelebrate International Yoga Day with a playful morning of movement, learning, and kitten cuddles.
βThis 75-minute workshop is designed for students with some yoga experience who want to build the strength, confidence, and understanding needed to explore headstands safely.
Why headstands?
Headstands are a powerful way to develop strength, balance, coordination, and mental focus. Inversions challenge us to step outside our comfort zone, cultivating confidence, discipline, and a greater sense of presence.
βWe'll begin with pranayama and mobility work, move through a dynamic vinyasa flow to warm the shoulders and core, then break down headstand foundations step-by-step. You'll learn alignment principles, preparation drills, safe entries and exits, and how to build a sustainable inversion practice.

βWho is this for?
βThis workshop is best suited to students with an existing yoga practice who are comfortable moving through a dynamic flow and bearing weight through their shoulders and arms.
βNo headstand experience is required. However, this is not a beginner yoga class.
