​Join Jess and Zan as we mark the turning of the season with an evening dedicated to equilibrium, somatic integration, and nervous system reset. The Fall Equinox offers an ideal container to slow down, harvest the lessons of summer, and ground into alignment before moving inward for the autumn months.

​Together, we’ll move through an intentional four-part journey designed to drop you out of mental chatter and into deep presence:

• ​Cacao Ceremony: Open the circle and set seasonal intentions with a grounding, heart-opening cup of ceremonial cacao.

• ​Sunset Movement: Led by Zan, this somatic flow weaves gentle partner mechanics, intuitive movement, and spinal awareness to release stored tension as the sun goes down.

• ​Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Transition into deep restorative stillness with Jess, immersing in acoustic resonance, therapeutic frequencies, and harmonic crystal bowls.

• ​Sharing Circle & Integration: Close the container together in collective reflection, anchoring clarity and balance for the weeks ahead.

​What to Bring

• ​Comfortable, layered clothing suited for both movement and lying down

• ​A personal water bottle

• ​A journal and pen if you'd like to capture reflections during the circle

• ​Any personal altar items or crystals you wish to charge in the sound field
