​VFA Finalists 121 Support

​Congratulations, you've made it to the finals of the Venture Further Awards (VFA).

​As a finalist, we're inviting you to book a dedicated 1:2:1 support session to help you prepare for the Grand Finale on 16th June. These sessions are your opportunity to have your pitch deck reviewed, receive tailored feedback, and ensure your presentation meets the competition's pitch deck guidelines ahead of your live pitch.

​On the day (16th June), you will have 5 minutes to present your pitch deck followed by 5 minutes of Q&A with the judging panel. To make the most of your 1:2:1 session, please ensure you have reviewed the support pack for your track ahead of your appointment. This details the specific requirements for your pitch deck and will help us give you the most relevant feedback on the day.

​Your session is also a chance to discuss the victory pitch, a 2-minute spoken pitch (without slides) that winners will be asked to deliver on the night. This short pitch is your chance to tell the wider audience about your business and what you'll do next, reaching those who weren't in the room during the live pitching sessions. We're happy to help you think through how to structure and deliver this during your 1:2:1.

​Sessions are available both online and in person, please ensure you check whether the slot you are booking is online or in person before confirming. If your session is online, a Teams link will be sent to you. If your session is in person, a calendar invite will be shared, all in-person sessions will take place in the MEC Enterprise Zone.

​Please only book one 1:1 session per finalist team. This will be monitored.
