​The Silver Beat brings together Latin dance and Parkinson’s awareness for an evening rooted in rhythm, conversation, and community. This gathering explores how movement can support healing across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions — and how dance can remain accessible, joyful, and empowering at every stage of life.

​The night begins with a panel discussion featuring voices from across disciplines, reflecting on the nuance of movement and its role in care, resilience, and creative expression. From there, we open the floor with a beginner-friendly Latin dance workshop, designed for anyone curious to learn — no experience needed.

​We’ll close the evening with a social dance session, inviting everyone into the rhythm together.
