Join me for a guided breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, let go and reconnect with yourself. The perfect class if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or if you're just simply wanting to create space within yourself and leave feeling lighter, clearer and more balanced.
This a release style session, focusing on gentle yet powerful breathing techniques to support emotional release, nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. No prior experience is needed- you'll be guided through a flow of breath, music and grounding moments in a beautiful, safe and supportive space.
