​Reflect: an embodied year-end intensive

​Before the year ends, most people audit it from the head: what got done, what didn't, what to carry into next year. The body has been running a parallel track all year — registering what the intellect filed away or overrode entirely.

​This intensive makes space for the fuller accounting.

​Three hours of practice - not a lecture, not a traditional workshop.

​We open with a somatic check-in: what does your body already know about leading into the new season before your intellect takes over? We work through the focus together as a group, the same way Members of Embodied Leadership Lab do in monthly Labs.

We close with something concrete to carry back: a practice, a direction, a different question to hold, based on what you yourself need.

​No prior experience needed. Willingness to be present and pay attention is enough.
