Where participation in an event is subject to prior approval or confirmation by ANÍCE., the participant’s booking constitutes a binding request to purchase a ticket. The participant remains bound by this booking request until ANÍCE. has either accepted or rejected it. The contract is concluded once ANÍCE. confirms or approves the booking.

Once a booking has been confirmed or approved, tickets cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded by the participant. This applies regardless of the time between the original booking request and ANÍCE.’s subsequent approval.

Personal circumstances preventing participation – including, but not limited to, travel, holidays, illness, scheduling conflicts, changes of plans or other personal reasons – do not entitle the participant to cancel the booking or receive a refund. For events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal for consumers where the applicable law provides an exemption for leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period, including in particular Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Any voluntary cancellation, refund, credit or transfer of a ticket offered by ANÍCE. shall be at ANÍCE.’s sole discretion and does not establish any entitlement or precedent for future cases.The above does not affect any mandatory statutory rights of the participant, in particular where an event is cancelled, materially changed or where mandatory law otherwise provides for a right to reimbursement.
