​We’re teaming up with Freya Movement Studio for a special "Day of Movement" — including this 45-minute, beat-driven prenatal workout for expecting Nest moms.

​This is not your typical prenatal yoga class.

​Freya’s Signature class is designed to help you feel strong, energized, and prepared for the real physical demands of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and parenthood. It’s high-intensity but low- to no-impact, with movement that is diastasis- and pelvic floor-aware and adaptable throughout pregnancy.

​You’ll move through:

• ​Breath work to build stamina for pregnancy, labor, and recovery

• ​Full-body strength training

• ​Cardio designed to simulate the demands of labor

• ​Pilates-based, pregnancy-safe core work

​Come ready to move, sweat, and train with purpose — alongside other expecting Nest moms.

​No previous experience required.
