Be honest. You want to be a little bit famous in your field. 💅

The kind of famous where people in your industry know your name—and your work, ideas, and point of view have a reputation of their own.

Most career advice tells you to do great work and wait to get noticed. You’ve done the work. You’ve waited.

Meanwhile, your company has an entire team building its brand, and your name still mostly lives on an org chart.

Wanting a following, a reputation, and a platform of your own isn’t embarrassing. It’s ambition. Say it out loud.

In this 90-minute working session, two women absolutely obsessed with personal branding will help you decide what you want to be known for outside your day job, turn your work experience into 3–4 topics you can talk about with confidence, and set boundaries around what stays private.

Then you’ll write your first post in the room, with feedback from both of us.

You’ll leave with:

  • one clear idea of what you want to be known for

  • 3–4 topics you can credibly talk about

  • boundaries around what stays private

  • your first post, drafted and workshopped

  • a realistic rhythm for building your reputation alongside a full-time job

Nobody hands out turns. Come take yours.

Your guest of honor

Thamina Stoll leads strategic enterprise accounts at LinkedIn, where she advises Fortune 100 clients on B2B Marketing strategy. Outside her day job, she built The Sheconomist, a newsletter and community for women in corporate. She has been named one of Germany's 100 Women of the Year and was a Forbes 30 Under 30 finalist in 2023.

She built all of that while keeping her 9–5 at LinkedIn. In this workshop, Thamina will share how she decided what she wanted to be known for, what she chooses to talk about publicly, and how she made room for it alongside a demanding full-time role. She’ll also share what she would do differently if she were starting from scratch today.

Your host

Kelsey Worsham is a startup operator and co-founder of The Birdie Brief. She built Birdie alongside her full-time role as Chief of Staff at a Series A deep-tech startup, learning firsthand how to build a name, develop a point of view, and create consistently outside of a 9–5—without dropping the ball at her day job.

What started as something she built outside of work eventually became something worth betting on. Kelsey ultimately took the leap to leave her 9–5 and go all-in on building Birdie.

Kelsey will lead the working portions of the session, helping you figure out what you want to be known for, what you can credibly talk about, and how to start building something that belongs to you.

Live only. No recording, so the room stays candid.
