About Event

In this session, Corina Enache will take us into a direct experience of imagination as a practical capacity, using art to access what is forming beneath the surface of a question that matters to us right now. The lens for this session is Process Oriented Psychology, developed by Arnold Mindell and extended through Amy Mindell's work with Art Art, in this framework, is not self-expression or technique. It is a way of becoming receptive so that something real can move through. We use it not to produce something, but to arrive somewhere.

What We'll Work On Together

You'll strengthen your ability to:

  • Understand imagination as a mode of knowing — not creativity for its own sake, but a way of reaching what observation and logic cannot

  • Experience art as a direct method for sitting with a question differently

  • Connect with whatever speaks to you in the moment — no prior theme or content assigned

  • Begin developing a personal practice you can return to independently

What You'll Walk Away With

By the end of the session, you'll have:

  • A lived experience of imagination as a practical capacity, not just a concept

  • A first encounter with an art-based practice, you can continue using on your own

  • A new angle on a question you are already carrying

  • A shared language with peers about imagination and embodied knowing in L&D work

About Corina

Corina Enache is an organisational development leader and anthropologist working at the intersection of strategy, culture, and human potential. After a career in international corporate environments — Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf, and Natura — a pivotal encounter with anthropologists in São Paulo led her toward the cultural systems shaping people's lives inside organisations. She holds a Research Master in Social Anthropology from the University of Amsterdam, led OD at Transavia for four years through the COVID crisis, and has since facilitated leadership and team development for organisations including IKEA and Omron. She now leads Kotka, her independent consultancy. Art has been a thread throughout — it is how she thinks, how she researches, and increasingly how she works with others.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
