Join MARTHA for lunch and conversation with Jack Biebel, Noah Holton-Raphael, and Max Bahramipour, the co-founders of Ggiata Delicatessen. The three grew up together in Montclair, New Jersey, then left careers in tech, consulting, and fashion to bring the Italian deli they missed to Los Angeles. They launched in 2020 as a pandemic-era ghost kitchen and have since grown to several locations.
