Join me for 60 minutes of movement, breath and presence - a practice for mind, body and spirit. We’ll move through intentional flows, gentle moments of softness and short rounds of breathwork designed to steady the mind and awaken the body. Expect strength, curiosity, ease and a little serenity along the way.
This is an all-levels class - whether you’re completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome exactly as you are. No pressure, no perfection, just a mat and yourself.
Join me, Tamzen, at the Cricket Club on Mondays at 10am while the sunshine is still sweet enough to practice beneath it. Summer is short - let’s not waste these bright mornings indoors.
