The Global Educator Program (TGEP) 2026
The Global Educator Program (TGEP: started in 2018) cohort will host international high school counselors and IECs from India/South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East in the US. We may also add counselors from other regions/countries. The cohort represents students and families who prioritize studying abroad for higher education.
As an immersive professional development program, TGEP provides full funding to ten participating counselors and two tour leaders. The program covers their international and domestic flights, hotels, meals, local transportation, materials, and other expenses.
The hosting fee from accredited higher education institutions like yours helps us cover these expenses.
All details, including the elements of on-campus interactions and hosting fees, are described below.
OPTION 1: 4-HOUR PROGRAM
✔ Meetings with the admissions team, faculty, and enrolled students
✔ Guided campus tour
✔ Two working meals
✔ 15-20 minutes for participants to explore the campus on their own (unguided tour - recommended)
✔ Visit one off-campus location (recommended)
The hosting fee and host-campus commitments are as follows:
TGEP Alumni Campus:
✔ $5500/campus ($6500 after September 15, 2025, 11.59 pm PT)
✔ All meals for up to 12 group members during the visit (a maximum of two meals)
Other accredited higher education institutions:
✔ $6000/campus ($7000 after September 15, 2025, 11.59 pm PT)
✔ All meals for up to 12 group members during the visit (maximum of two meals)
Higher Education Consortium (requires a minimum of three institutions, and we warmly encourage consortium members to join forces—sharing both the cohort engagement time and logistical costs—to maximize impact and collaboration. ✔ $3000 per campus ($4000 after September 15, 2025, 11.59 pm PT)
✔ Local transport between campuses and drop-off to the airport (minimum 25-seater bus)
✔ All meals for up to 12 group members during the visit (maximum of two meals)
✔ Accommodations at a hotel for an overnight stay, for a total of 8 rooms (5 double rooms + 3 single rooms)
As a TGEP host partner with Option 1, you will receive the following benefits:
✔ Host a cohort of 12 participants, including tour leaders, on your campus
✔ Be included in the pre-tour counselor sessions and promotions
✔ Receive warm introductions to TGEP alumni (40 counselors in almost 10 countries)
✔ Receive up to a 10% discount on in-person high school visits during our recruitment tours in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Mexico, and on special tours such as United World School tours across multiple countries.
OPTION 2: 3-HOUR PROGRAM
Fees: One fee for any accredited college/university campus:
✔ $4500
✔ One working meal + snacks
Benefits of Option 2:
✔ Host a cohort of 12 participants on your campus
✔ Be included in the pre-tour counselor sessions and promotions
✔ Receive warm introductions to TGEP alumni (40 counselors in almost 10 countries)
✔ Receive up to a 5% discount on in-person high school visits during our recruitment tours in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, and on special tours such as United World School tours across multiple countries.
