Nonprofits often create "theory of change" documents; they create diagrams documenting how they expect their actions to result in the outcomes they want.

First, we’ll break into groups and explore the published theory of change documents from established organizations.

Then, we’ll apply that same thinking to our own individual lives. What would it look like if you were to draw a cause-effect diagram for your life plans? What results are you seeking? What actions can you take that would achieve those results? 

1:20 - 2:20: Explore an existing ToC in small groups

2:20 - 3:20: Create a personal theory of change

Take the elevator (or stairs) to the community room on the 5th floor.
