About Event

Mission: to build a community of pioneering AI Agent leaders in San Francisco who embrace vulnerability, engage in selfless actions to help others, and foster continuous learning.

These values are the heart of our community - without them, we’re just a group of people passing through each other’s lives.

Meetings: we are an in-person community. We bring together Agent leaders every 2-3 weeks at dinners to solve each other's biggest challenges, share learnings, and build the best Agent startups together.

We have failed if anyone walks away from the dinner without any actionable learnings or ideas. Each person should leave the dinner energized and with impactful insights that can help them develop as a leader and help their company grow.

Our Q1 dinners are on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, 8th January at 6.30pm

  • Wednesday, 22nd January at 6.30pm

  • Wednesday, 26th February at 6.30pm

  • Wednesday, 12th March at 6.30pm

  • Wednesday, 26th March at 6.30pm

Confidentiality: everything that is said within the community stays within the community. Anyone who breaches confidentiality risks being removed from the community

Focus on Agent Application leaders: the founding members will invite the best Agent Application leaders to be a special guest as well as register and attend the dinners. We will continually look to increase the standard of the guests and leaders attending. As appropriate, we will also include leaders in adjacent areas, including Agent frameworks, evals, foundational models, AI research, and VC partners.

Creating the right environment: to foster deep vulnerability, selfless actions and learning requires a unique structure and a set of guidelines:

  1. No phones: so that everyone is truly present.

  2. Be vulnerable: we want you to bring your biggest problem to the group. The problem you can’t share anywhere else. Historically, we’ve gone deep into challenges like OpenAI / Anthropic launching a competitive product, your biggest client churning, and cash running out.

  3. Equal airtime: it’s important that people are given the time to get to the heart of their challenge and experiences are offered only once the challenge is understood. We don’t want anyone to dominate the discussion, and solutionize too quickly.

  4. Aim to add more value than you receive: you will get it back in spades.

  5. No selling: no pitching, no business benefit. If opportunities arise, we understand. Please move forward with these outside of the events.

  6. Punctuality: given the specific format, we do require everyone to be on time.

If you disagree with these guidelines, we recommend not joining the dinner.
