About the workshop
Most women don't hold back because they're not good enough. They hold back because of their inner critic.
That quiet voice that says "you're not ready, you're not qualified, who are you to want this?". So they wait. They don't apply for the promotion. They stay quiet in the meeting.
This workshop helps them turn that voice down and build the self-belief to speak up and step outside their comfort zone.
In this workshop, you will:
Meet your inner critic, name it, and learn to separate it from who you are
Learn simple tools to quiet that voice and reframe the beliefs holding you back
Leave with a personal Self-Belief Map and Self-Belief cards
