​Frontier Mission Network is hosting members of the Northeastern Illinois University community at the Business Innovation & Growth (BIG) Center for a November 6 informational seminar exploring the deep and evolving connection between the U.S. Department of Defense and the American innovation economy. This discussion will explore the historic role of the defense community in the American tech economy and will unpack how national security priorities continue to shape America’s tech frontier. Thomas Day, the Frontier Mission Network co-founder and executive director, will also highlight opportunities for Chicago startups to pursue dual-use applications of their technologies with direct support from Frontier Mission Network.
