Ever felt like yoga isn't really for you? 🧘♀️
This is a slow, creative Hatha flow to close your weekend and settle into the week ahead. We'll move through each shape gradually, build the body step by step, and work towards the dancer's pose, a peak shape that's more achievable than it looks (and has options for every body). No experience needed, no expectations, no perfect-looking poses required.
About your teacher
The class is led by @innershakti, a 200h certified yoga teacher trained in Rishikesh and now based in Lisbon. Helena teaches yoga for people who think yoga isn't for them. Real bodies, zero perfection, no pressure to look a certain way on the mat. Her classes feel like a soft landing, the kind of space where you can show up exactly as you are.
What to bring: A yoga mat if you have one, comfortable clothing, and water.
Donation-based 🐶: Like every Kind Movement event, joining is free with no minimum. After class, contribute whatever feels right. 100% goes to the local shelter we're supporting this month.
