✨ Spaces&Stories is an event series where we take a practical look at how companies shape their workplace experience. Each event, we visit a different office to get a behind-the-scenes view on how they balance intentional design, day-to-day operations, and community building.
🕒 The event starts with a relaxed breakfast, followed by an experience-sharing session. Each Spaces&Stories gathering features a unique format—panel, roundtable, presentation, or interactive tour—curated by the host to show how they approach workplace culture in practice. Afterward, there’s time for open networking, discussion, and collaborative problem-solving.
👥 This session is curated for professionals actively working in the space: workplace managers, office designers, People & Culture leads, and facilities managers. The ToolTime Workplace team will share candid insights into their recent transition: navigating an office downsizing, adapting day-to-day operations to a leaner footprint, and managing the inevitable friction along the way. Crucially, they’ll break down how they keep people organically coming into the office—relying on intentional community anchors, thoughtful space activation, and real value rather than top-down mandates under a fully flexible policy.
