All Hands: Female Freelancer Meetup
A meetup for women freelancers and contractors in Perth’s tech and startup scene. Help us shape what this community becomes!
What this is
A first gathering to validate the idea for All Hands - a community for women who see themselves as operators: embedded in teams, executing and building real outcomes. We want to keep this intimate, practical and welcoming.
Who are the hosts?!
All Hands started as a conversation between Grace and Katie - two Perth-based freelancers who reconnected after working in Sydney and Melbourne and realised something was missing here at home for female operators: community.
We’re both operators at heart - embedded in teams and navigating the ups and downs of freelancing in tech and startups. This first meetup is our way of finding others like us - women who are building, experimenting and growing their own paths, but don’t always have a peer group who gets it.
