HOLD: Decisions, Doubts and Desire - a somatic dating workshop

​Dating in 2026 has many of us stuck in our heads wondering “Is it ever really gonna happen for me?”

​So much of our dating experience is shaped by how we relate to uncertainty and decisions. Our bodies hold our subconscious tendency to avoid the discomfort — but they also hold the key to feeling grounded in the clarity and confidence we need to attract and build flourishing relationships.

This is an experiential and somatic workshop designed to give you embodied practices that will help you:
​-Feel more grounded and at ease as you navigate the unknowns of dating
-Feel more clarity about your choices by connecting to what you truly desire
-Build confidence in your decision-making process & spend less time overthinking
-Uncover subconscious patterns that hold you back in dating & connection ​

What to Expect:

This 2‑hour workshop blends guided reflection with simple somatic practices — no prior experience needed. Through guided movement and reflection, we’ll explore the patterns and tendencies that show up for us in the context of dating & relationships.
