Nest Café - Postpartum Circle
As a clinical psychologist and mother, I often find myself thinking about how we can better support mothers during the early months of parenthood.
The transition into motherhood can be beautiful, overwhelming, joyful, exhausting, and sometimes lonely, all at the same time.
While there is plenty of advice available, what many mothers are missing is a space to connect with one another.
A space to talk honestly.
A space to feel understood.
A space to share a coffee with people who know what life with a baby can look like.
That is why I am starting Nest Café.
This gathering is for mothers with babies who would like to meet other mothers, share experiences, and build connections in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Babies are, of course, very welcome.
I would love to shape this space together with other mothers and see what kind of community can grow from it.
