Beyond the Buzzwords: The Methodology of Organisational Transformation
Most HR leaders understand the reasons for change, like adapting to AI, improving efficiency, or redefining how we work. The real challenge is figuring out how to make it happen.
How do you move a whole organisation forward without losing what makes it unique? How do you track real progress, not just tick off milestones? And how do you help people get better at change so it becomes part of how you work, not just a one-off effort?
In this in-person session, we will focus on the practical steps of organisational design and transformation. With Jannis Berning as facilitator, we will look at the key frameworks, structures, and skills needed to lead real change.
We will cover and discuss topics like:
The Transformation Blueprint: How to plan and run a change process, from understanding the current situation to making it happen.
Org Design & Capabilities: How to spot the new skills your organisation needs and build them up, like getting ready for AI or making decisions faster.
Measuring What Matters: How to track the signs that real change is happening, not just surface-level numbers.
HR as the Architect: How HR can move from just supporting change to actually shaping how the organisation works and grows.
