HER In Focus: Wellness Demystified with Balanced Busy Girl
HER In Focus's signature workout series is crossing the pond. Sweat & Connect is landing in one of our favourite cities, London, and this time we're doing it with Amina Ibrahim. After years in the world of investment and capital, Amina founded Balanced Busy Girl™ to help women build a more realistic, sustainable relationship with modern wellbeing.
Amina is also an excellent Pilates instructor, and will be leading the workout herself.
We're hosting the afternoon at Étage London, one of the hottest studios in the city because if we're going to sweat together, we're doing it somewhere that feels good to be in.
Stay on for an afternoon of connection and conversation, with wellness brands worth knowing. We’ll have pop-ups from Butter by Banke, No Guilt Bakes, Vidrate, Kollo and Dozzz, alongside matcha beverages from PerfectTed and healthy bites.
