A Festive Founders' Lunch at C. Hoare & Co

​This is a private, invite-only lunch for a small group of female founders, and the theme for the afternoon is leadership and the founder's journey.

​Every woman at the table is leading something she built from nothing, and most of us figured out how to lead along the way. We'll talk about how our leadership has changed as our businesses have grown, the moments that tested us this year, and what we've learned about ourselves in the process. It's a chance to wind down with a group of founders who are on the same path and a chance to celebrate how far everyone has come before the year winds down.

​We hosted our first lunch with C. Hoare & Co in July, and the conversations around that table stayed with all of us long after dessert. So we're doing it again, this time with a festive feel 🎄

​Lunch will be kindly sponsored and held at C. Hoare & Co on Fleet Street. The bank was founded in 1672 and is still owned and run by the Hoare family twelve generations later, which makes it the oldest privately owned bank in the UK. Over the centuries its customers have included Lord Byron and Jane Austen, so we'll be in good company.
