#28 Lady's Lab: Write Yourself Back to Yourself
The Lady's Lab
Real conversations. No masks. No gatekeeping.
A bi-weekly facilitated space to think things through with women who understand the reality of the work.
Not a class. Not a workshop. No hierarchy. No fixing. No performance.
Just thoughtful conversations in the messy middle of leadership, creativity and change.

Write Yourself Back to Yourself
For the woman who is becoming, but can’t quite hear herself yet
There are moments in life when something is changing, but you do not yet have language for it.
You may be leaving a role, questioning the work, rethinking success, entering a new chapter, or simply sensing that the old version of you no longer fits.
And in that in-between, the noise can get loud.
The advice. The expectations. The roles. The responsibilities. The money questions. The body signals. The quiet fear of not being good enough. The pressure to already know what comes next.
Writing can be a way back.
In this reflective Lady’s Lab, thinking partner and facilitator Tatjana Harttung invites us to explore journaling as a simple but powerful practice for listening to ourselves more honestly.
Through short writing prompts, reflection, and gentle sharing, we’ll use the page as a place to notice what is moving underneath the surface: what we long for, what we are ready to release, what we have outgrown, and what wants to unfold next.
This is not about becoming a writer.
It is about creating enough quiet to hear the woman underneath the performance.
Come as you are. Bring a notebook. Leave with a little more access to your own voice.
