Exclusive Clinical Learning Session for Physiotherapists

A Betterhood Physio Circle clinical learning session.

Join us for an expert-led session with Dr. Kriti Khanna (PT), MPT (Sports), physiotherapist, educator, and Founder of ePhysioHealth, a global tele-rehabilitation and education platform.

With 12+ years of clinical experience, Dr. Khanna is fellowship-trained in Spine Rehabilitation and is a Certified Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Practitioner. Her clinical expertise spans Spine Rehabilitation, Neurodynamics, Tele-Rehabilitation, Pelvic Health, and Chronic Pain Management.

She has previously served as Chief Consultant at Fix Health and Clinic Head at Qi Spine, and is a national and international speaker and educator. Her work focuses on advancing evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation through movement and clinical reasoning.

Clinical Context

Effective pain management is often associated with hands-on techniques and physical modalities. However, contemporary physiotherapy increasingly emphasizes clinical reasoning, movement analysis, active rehabilitation, and patient-centered care in the management of pain.

Tele-rehabilitation provides physiotherapists with an opportunity to apply these principles beyond geographical boundaries while maintaining structured assessment, clinical decision-making, and individualized treatment planning.

Session Overview

In this session, we will explore how physiotherapists can use evidence-based tele-rehabilitation, clinical reasoning, and movement analysis to assess and manage both acute and chronic pain. The session will focus on understanding the person beyond the anatomical site of pain and translating clinical reasoning into effective rehabilitation strategies in a tele-rehabilitation setting.

In this session, you will learn how to:

  • Apply clinical reasoning to assess and manage patients with acute and chronic pain through tele-rehabilitation.

  • Use movement analysis to inform physiotherapy assessment and treatment planning.

  • Assess the person as a whole, rather than focusing solely on the anatomical site of pain.

  • Develop individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation strategies using active movement and exercise.

  • Deliver structured physiotherapy care beyond geographical boundaries through tele-rehabilitation.

Key Takeaway

Practical, evidence-based insights to help physiotherapists strengthen clinical reasoning, apply movement-based rehabilitation, and deliver patient-centered pain management through tele-rehabilitation.
