Spring Break Art Show
I’m presenting Coordinates of Light @ SPRING / BREAK Art Show in New York City. Curated by Aida Valdez, the presentation brings together 16 works exploring memory, geography, grief and the strange ways we find our coordinates when the map disappears.
Friday, September 25th from 4-7pm. Dinner to follow at 7:30pm at Forno D'Oro NYC. After dinner drinks at Room Service from 10-12pm.
This body of work traces a period of movement, reflection, and transformation following the death of my brother Brendan.
Created across different landscapes, each piece becomes a record of place. Light, color, and form shift in response to environment, mirroring an internal process of navigating grief, memory, and change.
These works explore how loss reshapes perception. Through travel and immersion in new environments, the practice became a way of grounding, processing, and reconnecting.
Rather than seeking resolution, the work holds space for continuity: the ways presence, memory, and connection persist through transformation.
