Meeting Uncertainty
What happens within us when we don’t know what comes next?
Uncertainty can awaken fear, urgency, overthinking and the desire to regain control.
In this online Inquiry Circle, we will slow down and explore these reactions—not to eliminate uncertainty or find the right answer, but to meet our experience with curiosity.
Together, we will create space for authentic connection and meaningful conversation: an opportunity to meet others beyond our usual social roles and to listen without advising, interpreting or trying to fix one another.
What to expect
The circle will include:
Guided reflection
Moments of silence

This is an experiential and educational space, not group therapy, psychotherapy or crisis support.
Please join from a quiet, private place and bring something meaningful but manageable to explore. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of the other participants.
You may pause or pass at any moment. The listener’s role is to be present—not to offer advice, diagnosis, interpretation or reassurance.
