Thinking in Agents: What Agentic AI Means for Your Product and Your Role
Agentic AI is the most talked-about shift in tech right now, but most of the conversation is either hype or deeply technical. For PMs and designers who don't work at AI-first companies, it's hard to know what's actually real, what matters for their product, and what to do about it on Monday morning.
This workshop is not about building agentic products. It's about understanding them: how they work, why they're different from the software we're used to, and what they change for your users, your roadmap, and your role. You will leave with mental models to cut through the noise, a clearer sense of how to evaluate and talk about agentic AI, and a practical view of what it means for the product you're working on today, even if it's a CRM, a marketplace, or a fintech app.
Duration & format: 2h + 30 min Q&A, online
After this workshop, you will:
Understand what "agentic" actually means, beyond the buzzword, and how agentic products differ from traditional software and from chatbots
Have a set of mental models to evaluate any AI product and tell hype from substance
Recognize how agentic AI will change user expectations, product design, and PM/designer roles over the next months
Know what to experiment with, what to watch for, and what conversations to start in your own team, regardless of your industry
This workshop is ideal for:
Product Managers and designers curious about AI but not working at AI-first companies
Product people who want to cut through the hype and understand what's actually happening
Founders and team leads thinking about where their product fits in an agentic world
Pre-requisite: None. Just curiosity and basic familiarity with AI products as a user (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.).
About the trainer(s)
Teodora Baciu has spent almost a decade working at the intersection of automation, AI, and product, first as a developer, then as an implementation consultant and trainer teaching automation to hundreds of people, and eventually as a PM. She was Product Manager for UI Automation at UiPath and is now PM at EverWorker, a no-code agentic AI platform. Along the way, she got to speak at some wonderful stages, but what she enjoys most is helping people make sense of technology that often feels too complex or too far away.
