​BATScon 2025

​We’re thrilled to announce the first-ever BATScon (Bay Area TTRPG Society Convention*) a community gathering for tabletop role-playing gamers right here in the Bay Area! This is our chance to come together, connect, and celebrate the amazing groups and players that make our local scene so special.

Location: Hillside Club, 2286 Cedar St, Berkeley, CA
Time: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Cost: FREE!

​At BATScon you can look forward to: Exciting tabletop games, local vendors, and welcoming space to connect with other gamers

​While admission to BATScon is free, registering for specific games in advance is highly encouraged. Space is limited, and we cannot guarantee spots for day-of sign-ups. However, there will also be drop-in games and board games available throughout the day, which anyone can freely join or access without registration.

​*BATScon is a small, intentional event, designed for gaming groups, players, and creators to meet, share stories, and build community.

​Mask Policy

​At BATScon, the health and safety of our community is a top priority. As a small, community-centered event, we are committed to protecting one another.

​Masks are required at all times while inside the venue.

​We encourage high-quality masks (KN95, N95, KF94, or equivalent). We will have a limited supply available at the registration desk for anyone who needs one.

​If you are feeling sick, experiencing symptoms, or have been recently exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home to keep the community safe.

​This policy reflects our values of care, accessibility, and collective responsibility. By masking up, we help make BATScon a welcoming and safe space for everyone to enjoy games, vendors, and community.
