Sound Bath for Kids

​Join us for a gentle Sound Bath for Kids at Chautauqua Park — a calming, family-friendly morning designed to help children slow down, listen, rest, and feel supported through sound.

​This offering is especially welcoming for mothers, parents, caregivers, and families with children who may be sensitive, neurodivergent, or have special needs. Kids are not expected to sit perfectly still or be completely quiet. They are welcome to wiggle, ask questions, rest, move gently, cuddle up with a parent, or experience the sounds in their own way.

​The session will include soothing instruments such as gong, singing bowls, chimes, and other gentle tones to create a peaceful outdoor environment for nervous system regulation, relaxation, and connection. This is not a formal meditation class — it’s a soft, approachable space for families to breathe, reset, and simply be together.

​Please bring a blanket, yoga mat, water, sun protection, and anything your child may need to feel comfortable, such as a favorite stuffed animal, headphones, fidget, pillow, or snack.
