About Event

THE CHECK-IN

A little space to pause, reflect, and connect.

The Check-In is a three-hour guided gathering for women who want to step out of their usual routines, reflect on what's been going well, what's been challenging, and what they're learning, and have conversations that go beyond small talk.

At the beginning of each month, we'll explore a different theme through thoughtful questions, individual reflection, and small-group conversation. You'll have time to write and think on your own, share if you'd like, and hear perspectives that might help you see something a little differently.

The rhythm stays familiar. The theme changes.

November Theme: TRUSTING YOURSELF

How often do you already know what you want, need, or feel but still look outside yourself for the answer?

Come once or come back whenever you need a little space. You don’t need to start at the beginning, and you don’t need to have anything figured out before you arrive.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

Your ticket includes:

  • Three hours to pause, reflect, and connect

  • A guided reflection booklet with thoughtful questions and space to write

  • Time for individual reflection

  • Small-group conversation and shared perspectives

  • Coffee, tea, and a pastry

  • A thoughtfully facilitated experience with Rachael Adams

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • PAUSE — Arrive, settle in, and step out of your usual routine.

  • REFLECT — Explore thoughtful questions and take time to write and notice what's on your mind.

  • CONNECT — Share if you'd like, listen to others, and hear different perspectives.

Leave with something to think about, carry with you, or come back to.

A few practical details

After you register, we’ll send you everything you need to know before you arrive. Including what to bring, how to find the space, and a few things to know about the experience.

You don’t have to share anything you don’t want to share.

The Check-In is an invitation, not an expectation. Come as you are, participate at whatever level feels comfortable, and take what you need from the experience.

Language: English.

The Check-In will be facilitated primarily in English, with time for individual reflection, writing, and small-group conversation.

You don't need perfect English to join us. You should, however, feel reasonably comfortable following an English conversation and sharing your thoughts in English, even if you need a little extra time to find the words.
